Package fee is include

Package fee does not include

❌ Ad-hoc additional stop

• A fee of HK$100 per stop will be charged, provided the stop must within the same district and within 3km as the original destination. This service is only available based on the driver's availability and the driver reserve the right to make final decision.

❌ Designated tunnel

• Orders for Hong Kong Island already included the one-way Cross-Harbour Tunnel fare. If passenger requested to use the Western Cross-Harbour Tunnel or Tai Lam Tunnel, please select tunnel surcharge options.

❌ Free waiting time over

• After the free waiting time, there will be an overtime waiting fee, which will be calculated in units of 15 minutes. If it is less than 15 minutes, it will be calculated as 15 minutes, and the fee will be HKD50.00/15 minutes.
• Airport drop-off service: free waiting for 20 minutes (calculated from the appointment time )
• Airport pickup service: free waiting for 80 minutes (calculated from the actual arrival time(ATA) of the flight)
  

⚠️Important notes

• Pick-up and drop-off area in Car Park No. 4 (Located next to the Airport Regal Hotel, leading tothe access floor of Terminal 1)

💡 Passenger no-show

• when passenger does not show up or fails to contact at the appointed time, the driver has to abandon the booking order after the free waiting time is over and the booking refund is ineligible.

💡 Special circumstance

• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the such case, the booking will be fully refunded.
