Package fee does not include

❌ Car parking fee

• During the service process, the driver will wait at the location near the destination to avoid extra charges. If the passenger requests the driver to wait in the paid parking area, passengers are required to pay the relevant fee.

❌ Tunnel Fee

• If passengers designate to use Harbour Crossing or other tolled tunnels, passengers are required to pay the relevant fees.
  

❌ Excess kilometer fee

• After the number of kilometers included in the package is exceeded, if passengers continue to use the car need to pay the extra-kilometer fee HKD10.00/one kilometer, less than one kilometer will be calculated as one kilometer
  

❌ Overtime fee

• After the booked time period is exceeded, if passengers continue to use the car will need to pay the overtime fee, which will be calculated in one hour, and if it is less than one hour, it will also be calculated as one hour. Overtime fee as follows: 【Toyota Alpha - HKD350.00/hour】,【Tesla 3/S/Y - HKD 250.00/hour】

💡 No free waiting time

• There is no free waiting time for the car charter service, which will be calculated from the service booking time.

💡 Special circumstance 

• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, the booking will be refunded.
