Package fee does not include

 Additional fee on the way

• If the passenger requests the driver to add a drop-off point on the way, passengers are required to pay the relevant fee, which is HKD 100 in the same area; cross-region will be negotiated separately. 。

 Designated tunnel

• Orders on Hong Kong Island already include the one-way Cross-Harbour Tunnel fare. If passengers choose to use the Western Cross-Harbour Tunnel or Tai Lam Tunnel, they need to select purchase in the order options.

 Overtime waiting

• After the free waiting time, there will be an overtime waiting fee, which will be calculated in units of 15 minutes. If it is less than 15 minutes, it will be calculated as 15 minutes, and the fee will be HKD50.00/15 minutes.
  
  Drop-off service: Free waiting for 20 minutes (calculated from the appointment time )
  Pick-up service: Free waiting for 80 minutes (calculated from the actual arrival time ATA of the flight)

Important notice

 Arrival pick-up point

• Pick-up and drop-off area in Car Park No. 4 (Located next to the Airport Regal Hotel, leading to the access floor of Terminal 1)
  

 Passenger no show

• If passengers do not show up at the appointment time and fails to contact, the vehicle will leave the venue after the free waiting time, and the order fee will not refund.

Special situation

• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, the order fee is fully refundable.
